Jess Robbins truly lives the principles she uses to help others. At just 20 years old she was diagnosed with Osteochondritis ( a degenerative disease leading to fusing of the vertebrae) in her lower back which left her caused her constant pain. At the time she was a promising Taekwondo player and had just won Gold at the British Poomsae Championships. However, as the back condition got worse, exercise became unbearably painful. She struggled on and still managed to achieve her black belt in just 3 years, but soon after she stopped training completely. Eventually she had to accept that she would never realise her sporting dreams.

However, in 2006, just 18 months after she discovered the tools of life transformation and used them to transform every other part of her life, she used her own techniques to become free of the constant pain and return herself to perfect health in a miraculous 4 days! As she began to feel fitter and healthier than ever before, she realised that there was nothing holding her back from continuing her sporting dreams. Although she was now 29 years old, an age where most athletes are winding down she decided that if she could cure her back pain, then anything is possible. She started thinking about what sporting goals she could set, just for the heck of it!

Jess started back at Taekwondo in August 2007 with her Hackney-based coach and current British Champion, Charlene Mongelard and quickly returned to the same fitness she enjoyed at age 19, but without any of the aches, pains or limiting thoughts! She headed toward competition as soon as possible and has won bronze at the British Taekwondo Championships for the last two years running.

Jess says “ I spend every day of my life helping people their dreams and loving every second. Athletes perform better, heal more quickly and even come out or retirement using my techniques, so It would be ridiculous not to use my own techniques to help me achieve all my dreams too! …and you’ve got to admit that winning competitions after you thought you'd never be able to play your sport again, is pretty cool isn't it?!”
