    Jessica was 27 and 6 stone overweight when she decided to make a change. She knew there had to be a way to change her life around from the prison of shame and guilt surrounding her compulsive overeating. After discovering NLP, she began to reprogram her thoughts and feelings around food and her body. She lost the weight and after an incredible journey of self discovery, food became just food. She was free from her life long battle with food, self esteem and weight loss. In her book, she now teaches you how to do the same thing and as a bonus, she offers 1 day free workshops, to further explain the principles in her book.     About Weight Loss Without Dieting

    If you are currently overweight or have struggled with your weight throughout your life, then you may have a number of beliefs as to why this is so. You’ll be glad to know, that whatever your beliefs are, you can lose weight!
