Paul had a crippling phobia of travelling that had prevented him from experiencing a normal social or work life for 5 years. After his 2nd session he travelled in a car without stopping for the first time since the phobia began. We took a ride on the tube on his 3rd session to celebrate the results of his incredible Mind Metamorphosis.

"Since I saw you I've been really really good. I feel really good about myself now and so much more confident. And most importantly, I don't mind travelling any more".

[....] Finally I wanted to thank you for inspiring me. I still feel fantastic - I have so much energy! I have forgotten to take my anti-biotics a couple of times and I am fine! I am still slowly coming off them but it is great. The wisdom teeth were completely not a problem and although I still have no teaching job I remain positive and searching! Tell me if I am crazy and if it is a common side effect of sessions with you but I feel so great I want to look in to doing some life coaching too. [....]

PS I got a new job and accepted. its at "deleted for privacy" College. I drove there chanting positive affirmations, introduced myself to all the other candidates (even though they were all sat in complete silence). I was the first to ask questions and felt so happy to be there it was untrue. I learnt so much from talking with you and just put it in to practice. They have offered me the position and I accepted and the bonus is they have started my salary £2000 more than what I was going to push for!! massive smiles all round xxxxxxxxxxx

coaching sessions with Jessica Robbins

Driving long distances has always been a worry to me. Will I have an accident? Will I get lost? Can I do it on my own without feeling nervous and being an anxious wreck before hand? After talking to Jessica about this and answering questions about my worries, Jessica used NLP and visualisation to change the way I felt about driving into the same way I felt about things I was really good at (for me this was cooking).

It wasn't until a few weeks back that I'd realised just how much jess had helped. In feb my dad was very poorly and I was in Cornwall driving my mum to and from the hospital. I was driving in unfamiliar roads, in an unfamiliar car and often on my own, but I wasn't fazed, I did it and without worrying. Then just this weekend I drove down to Cornwall from Norwich with my 19 mth old son. I had no worries, I planned my route, decided where to stop for a break, I got in the car and just drove. It was brilliant, and when I arrived I was buzzing with the achievement. I had actually enjoyed the driving. I now can't wait till I have the time to do it again.

Dear Jess. Just a quick note to say a huge thanks for all your amazing help to make Bodhi's journey into the world calm, pain free and so enjoyable. We couldn't have done it without you.

A few years ago a friend and myself decided to do a charity trek in the Peruvian Andes. Everything was organized by the charity and we arrived in Cuzco ready for our 10 day trek up in the mountains away from any civilization. Walking for up to 10hrs a day was exhausting but ultimately very rewarding seeing sights that very few people have the opportunity to see. On the 6th day we had to traverse a particulary steep mountain path which marked the first of several days of very tricky terrain. The path was only as wide as your foot with an almost vertical wall up on one side and down on the other. After only a few minutes I was gripped with fear and was only able to look into the mountain wall rather than out at the spectacle of landscape that was opening out in front of us. I forced myself on step by step and kept my thoughts focused entirely on moving forward – this was fine until we had to stop for our hourly hydration breaks. Each time we stopped, against the best efforts of my companions and expedition leader, I burst into tears of complete terror. Quite embarrasing. At the end of the trek the joy of completion was tarnished by the disappointment in myself for the tears and drama, and for having missed what was apparently the most spectacular sights of the entire trip. I was quietly determined that I would overcome my fears and be able to enjoy the situations that my vertigo had me paralised.

As soon as I signed up for the skydive I felt sick. As the months passed before my jump, I managed to blank the thought out with only the occasional wave of nausea when I remembered. I eventually realised that to actually go through with the skydive I would need some professional help.

I had several sessions with Jess in the weeks running up the big weekend. We did lots of visualization work to get me ready and almost straight away the nausea dissappeared and I felt confident about doing the jump. Even after the first session I knew that I would be able to do the 30 second freefall.

The day arrived and I travelled to the airfield for my training and the eventual leap of faith. As I got closer to my flight time my adrenaline levels rose but with Jess's techniques I remained very calm and confident. Sitting in the doorway of the plane about to jump out I thought to myself "Haven't I come along way?!" In fact, every time I watch my jump video now I get a surge of adrenaline!

With Jess's expert help, I was able to leap out of the plane at 14,000ft with a genuine smile on my face!I am imensely proud that at least for one day I was a skydiver!

Caroline only needed a couple of sessions to get over her fear of heights

Jessica Robinson ran training sessions at JPMoraganChase that entailed promoting self belief and encouraged the individual to both set goals and then provide the mental tools to envisage a path to ataining those goals.

As a cynic and a pessimist, I was persuaded to attended one of Ms Robinsons lunchtime seminars (otherwise known as Funimars). After 15 - 20 minutes I began to understand why I had a negative mindset but most valuable was the information imparted by Jessica as to how to change my way of thinking.

I was a regular attendee to Jessica's interactive workshops after that first enlightening session. All I can say is many thanks for some truly invaluable coaching which I use in both business and personal life.

Training For Life has 3 progressing women into IT contracts with looks at supporting women to return to work for further education. Study has shown that the main barrier for women progressing forward in a career is confidence. They are less liking to go for something unless they are 100% sure that they can do it.

I met Jessica at a networking event in 2005 and asked her to participate in motivating the women. To beginning with she ran personal action plan sessions with groups. The women left her sessions inspired and motivated to start thinking and planning their future. This is because she provided them with real workable tools.

From 2006 Jessica also sits on our steering group for the course where we set up an Industry Orientation personal motivation and directional 2 weeks course. Once again the women who participated enjoyed her sessions and months later tell me that they are still using some of the tools learnt in her sessions in there daily lives and while they are studying.

Jessica started coaching a group of women on our course. Once again Jessica demonstrated to be able to support the women at the level that is required to help them find the tools to progress. Many have progressed to employment and have increase the speed in which they are taking modules of their level 2 IT networking qualification. There has also been an increase of the women searching for employment. These are all indications of the women on our course gaining confidence to be proactive in getting what they want out of life.

I enjoy working with Jessica and seeing the impact of her work on the women on our courses.
